Melinda Loughren is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and has worked in the healthcare industry since 1996, she is also a licensed Reflexologist and Advanced Foot Care Nurse Provider. Melinda is a member of the CAFCN (Canadian Association of Foot Care Nurses), and CLPNA (College of Licensed Practical Nurse of Alberta)

Compassion, caring, strength, devotion and empathy have always been priorities during her nursing career. Over years of gaining experience in various areas of healthcare, she has developed an area of her profession with particular interest in advanced foot care, diabetic foot care and reflexology! This allows her to incorporate her highly skilled nursing experience with a passion that allows her to cater to patients in an area that can sometimes be neglected due to patient restrictions.

At Sweet Feet, it is our intention to support your health care wherever you are! With experience in actively participating with health care teams, families, and patients, we are committed to keeping our referring physicians apprised of their patient’s progress. Professionalism, communication, quality health care and team player participation are our strengths. Our philosophy with health care has always been equated to the mechanics of a BIKE. No matter which part of the bike we are in healthcare (a spoke, a wheel, a nurse, an environmental worker, etc.) we would not be successful if we weren’t all working together. We’re all so important for optimal health!
